Staffs participation form

We reflect your suggestion and idea in management so that you can participate in management.

Have you ever experienced that you suggested some management affair and finally you are failed to accept in former working place from managers and seniors before?

We never ignore your suggestions and ideas.

Presently, projects are working on it initiatived by staffs.

It is possible that you can be  a project leader even though you are in the first year job experience in the company.

  

Globalized company atmosphere

In the company, many Chinese and Korean staffs are working as well as Japanese..

Of course, speaking Japanese is mandatory in the company. You are able to have chance different cultural communication both Chinese and Korean language.

  

Importance of communication

It is very important for all staffs to communicate with each other in the company.

You might feel very convenient using e-mail and telephone, but face to face communication is strongly recommended.

As public events in the company, we have new-year, babecue and year-end party and you can have a chance to communicate with company staffs.

The company is very active because most of staffs are 20's and 30's. (average age 29.5) There are several staffs in working as a leader and many staffs challenge to become the key officers. There is no those benefits who becomes a staff from the middle joining.

Regarding evaluation
You will be equally evaluated regardless of age sex and nationality. We actively recruit woman staffs as well as man staffs.

    

Education/career-up
You are able to obtain professional skills through the in/out company training and OJT program. For engineer staffs, we do not let you participate in unreasonable career-up skill program. Instead, we let you participate in the project in association with your hope and best.

For staffs who have qualification license, we give some allowances for that.

The company gives stock option to staffs so that you can accumulate your assets. Actually, the company plans to enlist stock exchange market in the future.

     

Retirement allowance system
Recently, many companies abolish retirement allowance system. We, however, decided to preserve that system.

Five working days basis. We strongly recommend you have a good time with your family or enjoy your private life in holidays.
